Nature of Services

Permit All Stars provides professional consulting and administrative services. Fees are primarily for time, expertise, and processing.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email]
  • Requests are reviewed based on service status

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are determined as follows:

Before Work Begins

  • Full refund may be issued minus any processing fees

After Work Has Started

  • Partial refund may be issued based on:
    • Time spent
    • Work completed
    • Administrative costs incurred

After Submission to Municipality

  • No refunds will be issued once applications have been submitted or work has been substantially completed

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Government and filing fees
  • Third-party costs
  • Expedited service fees (if applicable)

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, you agree to:

  • Contact Permit All Stars to resolve issues prior to initiating a chargeback
  • Allow reasonable time for resolution

Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation.
