Permit All Stars provides permit processing, expediting, and consulting services.  We assist with submissions and coordination but do not control approval decisions or timelines.

No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee permit approval, issuance timing, or outcomes, as these depend on third-party agencies.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required prior to commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • All sales are considered service-based transactions
  • You authorize charges at the time of purchase

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Supply requested documents promptly
  • Comply with all local building and zoning requirements

Third-Party Costs

Government fees, application fees, and third-party costs are separate and may be required in addition to our service fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Permit All Stars is not liable for:

  • Delays or rejections from municipalities
  • Project losses or missed deadlines
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Chargeback & Dispute Resolution

You agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute or chargeback.
